Health Promise

The plain and simple facts are this...We sell healthy puppies period!

Long before our puppies are born we have cared for our mothers to be.

We do everything in our power to make sure every puppy that is born on this farm has

every advantage possible.  We have one Vet firm we work with for EVERY animal on our

property.  North Madison Vet Clinic, located in Madison Indiana.

We make sure that every adult is wormed twice a year and every puppy before the age of 8 weeks.

Every puppy will recieve 1st set of puppy shots and a complete health screening by our

Vet before they can go to new homes.  Our Vet would NEVER okay a puppy to be

sold if there were any questions at all.

We OFA certify our breeding stock at age 2 for Hip and Elbow Displasia.

Our Males are OFA and DNA certified with the AKC.

We socialize our puppies from day one, by simply loving the heck out of them!

Our dogs love us, and we love them.  We breed for the betterment of the breed.

If there were ever a puppy sold with any health issues due to congenital defect within the first year, and the owner could provide

proof of such issues in writing by a licensed Vet, we would gladly replace the puppy with another from the next available litter.

Feathers And Fleece Farm is never at anytime responsible for any vet bills, but as stated above will gladly replace your puppy if

written proof is provided by your vet that there was a congenital defect, this paperwork will then be

given to our vets to examine.

Puppy will have to be returned, along with all vet reports, to our farm at owners expense.

If Feathers And Fleece Farm should have to replace a  puppy for a given reson that would conclude the health promise.

Buyer must take every precation to keep the puppy safe and away from diseased pets for the extent of the puppy shot program set forth by your vet.

There is a great deal of responsibility that goes into owning a large breed dog.

We expect our clients to offer their new puppy proper health care with a regular shot routine, and ofcourse worming programs.

Puppies must see their new vets right away so they and the new Vets can develop a relationship with you and your new puppy.

We will gladly take back any puppy that an owner can no longer care for.

Of course we cannot refund your money but we will provide a loving happy home for him or her.

Truth is, we are honest, loving people and we screen every potential buyer carefully to

be sure our dogs go to loving forever homes.

We will gladly supply refrences upon request. Nearly all of our past clients stay in touch with us, sharing stories, and photos.

Full Registration

Important information about full registration.

A full registration is available for an additional fee, but do know that breeding large dogs is a huge undertaking.

Not everyone is set up or ready for such a task.

We will work with you to help you decide if breeding your dog is right for you.

We do not attach our farm name to your pedigree, rest assured we do not want to be

a part owner in your pet.  We do charge an additional fee for full registration

due to the high cost of registrations, certifications, health care etc...

Raising large breed dogs requires a lot of time and patience..... Oh, and a ton of food.

If you have made the decision that you would like to breed your Great Pyrenees or Old English Sheepdog, please understand that

we are here to help you.  We are so confident in our breeding stock that we know you are getting a good puppy.  We know alot about breeding these two breeds and will make ourselves available anytime that you may need us.

We have no intention of attaching our farm name to your registration nor do we wish to make calls on future litters your puppy may eventually produce, however it is very important to us that the breeds remain pure of blood and healthy.  We want you to feel free to call on us with any situation that might arise.  We believe that Full Registration should mean just that!

We are not threatened by good breeders, so if you are one, please do not hesitate to call on us.

Thank you!
